Because of our double-check packing system., we have a minimum amount of errors. On the rare occasion of a shortage, please thoroughly inspect the box a second time for the product(s). If the product(s) still cannot be found, or if any other problems exist, contact our office within 24 hours of receipt of the shipment.

Orders are processed and ready for dispatch within 30 minutes after order was placed. When possible, we will add to an existing order. Otherwise, the add on will be treated as a new order, subject to additional shipping charges.
We have in stock what we advertise. However, due to patterns in the market place having to do with issues such as supplier out-of-stocks or raw material shortages etc; sometimes items will be unavailable. Every effort is made to keep these situations at a minimum.
Power Shack will maintain back-orders if you request us to do so. Depending on the ebb: flow of market conditions in the supply chain, we will adivse you as to the practicality of maintaining back orders on certain products.
